What’s New – New York Beer Project Opens Valentine’s Day

0

Good news for (beer) lovers this Valentine’s Day.

The NY Beer Project is opening a second location in Victor, NY, and it’s opening the doors to the public on Valentine’s Day. The original location is in Lockport NY. That location is modeled after New York City’s Grand Central Station. The Victor location is designed to recreate the most famous Beer Hall in NYC circa 1870 known as The Atlantic Garden.

The expansive brewery is 15,700 square feet. The multi-story space includes an indoor beer garden with 45 foot ceilings, and two giant Chestnut trees, a production brewery with extensive barrel-aging program, a second floor event space, and we cant wait for warm weather for the brewery’s rooftop bar. The expansive menu has suggested beer pairings and some of the menu items are served in flights like the Flight to Buffalo with 4 chicken wings, roast beef slider on weck, and Buffalo mac and cheese for $15. They also have gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options.  Doors open at 11am on Valentine’s Day.
